Paolo Mitry

Founder & Lead Exercise Physiologist

With a lifelong involvement in sport and a strong interest in healthcare, Paolo developed an early appreciation for the role that movement can play in improving physical function, confidence and overall quality of life.

Today, Paolo supports individuals living with injuries, chronic health conditions, disabilities, age-related changes, or those who want to take charge of their health. He takes a personalised approach to care, helping people improve function, build confidence, maintain independence, and continue participating in the activities that matter most to them, whilst educating them along the way.

Outside of practice, Paolo remains actively involved in competitive football, reinforcing his appreciation for the role movement can play across all stages of life.
